Noël Bonam

Noël Bonam is the director for the Office of Multicultural Affairs for the State of Maine. He is a visual and performing artist from India with several years of experience in cross-cultural organizational development. He is a graduate of the "Senior Executives in State and Local Government" program at Harvard University (Kennedy School of Government).

He considers himself to be a musafir (traveler). He now lives in Portland, Maine. Thanks for your interest!
